The Cold War was a turning point that brought about significant changes in the course of history, of USA, such as the consolidation of the United States politics. It also marked the end of slavery and also led to the creation of industries and, therefore, an in increase in machinery (PPT3).Further, it led to the expansion of the political economy that was dominated by the North Americans. Another crucial development was the creation of state nations which gave rise to distinctive groups of people living and confined to state boundaries governed by the constitution or law (PPT4). Therefore, it wou ld be practically impossible to talk about the impacts of both the race and war of America without discussing all manners of wars from the year 1865 to the present. This particular paper focuses on the significant changes marked by civil wars and how these have shaped the history of America. It also focuses on the relationship between war and race.The technology of modern state power means the use of science knowledge to create applications that can manage the population. They are mostly utilized by the economic elites and include such things as the use of highway systems, biometric check at airports and use of census (PPT3). Most historians believe this is one of the most significant revolutionary in the history of the Americans brought by civil wars. Through the use of race shadow, it has boosted the economy of the nation. They ensure that the population is not only organized, but it is also shaped by items such as Social welfare.Before the prehistoric Civil War, America was one l argest producers of cotton attracting a labor of approximately twenty million workers(PPT3). The England textile industry primarily depended on it. Worldwide web application of cotton production has been significant in United States among other nations globally. It has given birth to the ideology of capitalismAfter the civil war, there was a need to replace the labor force provided by the slaves. This made other states adopt the capitalist production. In turn, it led to the widely spreading of the global capitalism. Some of the changes that brought forth by the civil war include new systems of labor force being invented. Remote regions were also commercialized in the world markets. Due to the dependence of cotton by the British, there was a need to respond to the changes brought about by the civil war and the British government invested heavily in technology, in the fields of transport and communication. They constructed railways, canals and telegraphs that enhanced easier transport of goods and passing of messages within a short time frame. All these items have advanced in the modern world and given rise to even better state powers, for example, the mobile phones, electric trains and use of speed boats. Laws were also created to govern production and labor of cotton (PPT3).There was creation of private property laws and penalties were afflicted to anyone who practiced cotton adulteration. The courts were given the mandate of ensuring these laws were followed. Before the Civil War, the lands were mostly owned by the Whites while the colored people, mostly the blacks were slaves who worked on the lands (PPT3). After the civil war, large tracts of land was still owned by the whites. However, the war brought an end to slavery and Blacks could now own land. Today Americans of all races can comfortably own land. Further, they can present their cases in judicial courts and the verdict towards the case.The United States participation in the Second World War also play ed a crucial role in shaping its history. The war immediately began after the world economy had suffered the Great Depression, which saw the world economy decline with high number of unemployment being recorded. The origin of the Depression is associated with the fall of the stock prices in the United States (PPT1213). During the Second World War United States extensively mobilized its population with ideas and developments that made a home front which created the domestic side of the war. There were conserved foods for the military and at the same this worked to end the great depression (PPT14).Democratic image improved because everyone saw every citizen as patriotic in the fight against Fascism (PPT14). There were also propaganda that enemies existed in both United States and overseas. People started to redefine their selves in terms of who belonged to the state and who was against it. Thus, there were messages posted to enhance national unity and sacrifice. An example of such mes sages includes do not let America be the talk of the town or do the job he left behind. Therefore, this change incorporated men, children, and women and made them feel like part of the nation. Selfish politics or racism could not stop the unity.Such history has united the modern United States citizens as one nation. That is why they can coexist without domestic wars or conflicts other than the minor political scenes that are bound to happen in any democratic country. Further, if there are any conflicts, laws are present to govern and condemn any actions that would endanger the economy of the State. Moreover, it is such unity and mobilized participation of the citizens in the military conflict of the Second World War, which resulted in victory (PPT14).Americans emerged victorious when they launched the atomic bomb that marked the end of interstate conflicts. Other players in the war were intimidated by such kind of military power and innovation. There was no nation that was a match f or the Americans (PPT14). Consequently, the United State commencement of superpower reign began. Up to date, America maintains the top position as a superpower and an economy giant. After the Second World War, everyone wanted a taste of the American dream which meant being associated with power and economic prowess. The unemployment rate also declined as the people due to the countryà ¢Ã¢â ¬s economic growth.Russia tested their first nuclear in the year 1949.After this, there was a constant competition between the United Soviet Union and United States as to whom would accumulate most nuclear. This conflict led to the rise of the Cold War. During this era, people lived in fear of an imminent attack. Children in school were taught how to duck under the desks to reduce the effects of an attack if launched. Interstates highways were also created to facilitate movement of troops in case of a threat. Some people were suspected to be spies and were therefore prosecuted including politic al figures some of them FBI top officials. In the year 1991 Soviet Union was dissolved this immediately brought an end to the Cold War (PPT23).The Americans were happy because the system of education took a different shape since most of their schooling was based on the Cold Warà ¢Ã¢â ¬s ideological foundations. Americans, therefore, triumphed over democracy and capitalism as socialism faded away (PPT23). Several factors such as protest, globalization and recession contributed interdependently to the end of the Cold War.Every form of war in America had brought a relationship between race and war.
